  • Not be damaged, altered, or washed (for clothing items)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
  • Underwear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our customer service team will provide return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging (if available)
  5. Ship the item back to our address (provided in return authorization)

5. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged during shipping), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, style), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

6. Refund Process

  • We receive the returned product

  • The return is approved by our team
